​Council District 2 Streetbox is in partnership with the Office of Councilman Paul Krekorian, Department of Transportation and facilitated and administered by 11:11 A Creative Collective, Inc. Support for this program was provided through the City of Los Angeles Arts Development Fee Program, Department of Cultural Affairs.

The project focuses on transforming 20 utility boxes located throughout North Hollywood, Valley Glen and Sun Valley into works of art.
